Did your trip itinerary change? Did your boss call you in to work on your day off? Or maybe you scheduled a rock climbing trip on one of the five days each year when we get rain in the desert?
Did You Get Sick?
We are so sorry to hear that you aren't feeling well. We hope you get better soon! But unfortunately, our guides block off their schedule for your trip, and we turn other folks away when we are booked out. Yikes! If you can let us know by 4pm the day before your trip, we can issue a 50% refund on your trip.
Inclement Weather
Bad weather days are rare in Southern California, and even more so in Joshua Tree National Park! However, it does happen... Wind, rain, and even snow can occasionally ruin your scheduled climbing trip. We always contact our guests 1-2 days before their scheduled climbing trip with a weather update. If there is unavoidable rain (50% chance) or a red weather warning for wind (40mph+), we will give you the choice. You can brave the day with our knowledgeable guides, reschedule the trip (pending availability), or we can issue you a full refund. This said, keep in mind that Joshua Tree National Park is about 1,248 square miles and has over 10,000 routes! Our guides are experts at navigating the park and locating the most comfortable conditions.
Did Your Plans Change?
Is your best friend sick? Couldn't find a dog-sitter? Your flight got cancelled? No problem. Give us a call asap and we will do our best to reschedule you. Because we turn away other guests when we are fully booked, we do require a 7-day notice for rescheduling your trip. Although we can reschedule your trip with a 7-day notice, once scheduled, your trip is non-refundable. Thanks for your understanding and cooperation!
